Who is collecting the data?
Phoenix Fine Fragrance is collecting the data to keep on file for future information regarding your order. The only people who can access this information at Phoenix are myself (Helen Butler) and my partner Mark Nash

The customer has given clear consent to process their personal data for a specific purpose

The only third party that this information will be shared with is Royal Mail for the purpose of the customer receiving their order. There will be no other circumstances where personal information will be past onto any other third party.
How will the information be used?
The personal information given will be used only for the purpose of the customer receiving their order. Information is stored in a file on our website, and is only made available to Phoenix Fine Fragrance.
How long will the data be stored for?
The data will be stored safely on file until you (The Customer) requests it to be removed. You can do this be emailing us at pheonixfinefragrance@outlook.com
What rights do you have?
You have the right to be informed about the collection and use of your personal data. You have the right to access your personal data. You have a right to have your personal data erased. You have an absolute right to stop your data being used for direct marketing.

Consent is required for Phoenix Fine Fragrance to process all types of personal data, but it must be explicitly given. Where we are asking you for sensitive personal data we will always tell you why and how the information will be used. DISCLOSURE- Phoenix Fine Fragrance will not pass on your personal data to third parties without your consent. Royal Mail will receive your personal data which includes your- name, full address; also business name, mobile contact number and email address if these details are given. These details are given to Royal Mail (or courier of your choice) for the purpose of delivering your order to you. The mobile and email address are given to Royal Mail (or courier of your choice) for contacting you regarding the tracking and impending delivery of your order.
